Creative
Ventures rents retail space to crafters and retailers across the country
who are looking for an outlet for their products and to tap into our
vast tourist market. We rent upright tables as shown in the left picture
and also full sized booths along the walls. Our lease is on a month
to month basis so there are no long term contracts to sign. Space
is often limited and on occasion there is a waiting period.
We are a family run and family orientated establishment so the products
we offer must be suitable for all age groups. A large portion of our
customers are tourists so your product(s) should be such that they
attract people that are passing through or on vacation in Tucson.
The Creative Ventures Craft Mall has over 4,000 square feet of retail
space. We are located right on the infamous 4th Avenue shopping and
dining district, within walking distance of the University of Arizona,
and on the main pathway of the bi annual 4th Avenue Street Fair with
draws nearly a half a million people per event. We have paid advertising
in many of the local magazines and have flyers in many of the hotels
and local tourist establishments in the area. We also advertise both
on Google and Yahoo to alert tourists when they are planning their
trip or if they wish to order online after they have returned back
home.
Local retailers stop by the store and stock the products themselves
and remote retailers mail the items to us and we will stock them for
you. We handle all billing transactions and at the beginning of every
month mail commission checks as well as a detailed transaction of
each item sold. Since we handle all storage, billing, packaging, and
advertising, in addition to a monthly rent, we keep a portion of each
sale. Our fee is standard for most remote sale and commission based
outlets.
