INFORMATION
If you require help or support with an order, where to purchase
products, product tracking, or wholesale information, we have
compiled a list of most common problems and questions below.
If your question is not answered, you can contact us by phone
or email using the link at the left.
Question: Where are you located?
Answer: Our storefront and shipping warehouse is located
in Tucson, Arizona. For specific address, click on the "Store
Info" link at the left.
Question: How
do I order?
Answer: We offer
a number of online Web Stores where you can order our wide range
of products, including Amazon.com, and a number of other specialty
websites. Click on the "Shops" link at the left for
store details.
Question: When
will I get an order I placed?
Answer: We process
orders 7 days a week. Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class,
USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. When an online order is shipped,
you will receive a Tracking # via email to the email address
you provided in your logon information. As long as you provided
a valid email address, you will receive this notification.
Question: What
is your return policy?
Answer: We will
be happy to accept returns on products within 30 days for a full
refund minus shipping charges. as long as the items returned
are in the same condition as we shipped them. Certain item, such
as food and candy cannot be returned. If you need to return an
item, simply contact us by email or phone and we will provide
return information.
Question: What
do I do if I receive a damaged item?
Answer: As much
care and precaution as we take when packaging items, we have
no control over how packages are handled when we turn them over
to the Post Office or UPS. If you receive your item and the product
is damaged or broken, simply contact us for replacement instruction.
Do NOT return the item to us unless we request you to do so.
Question: Do
you sell Wholesale?
Answer: There
are a certain number of products that we wholesale. In order
to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a business with
a State / Federal Sales Tax Number. Certain minimum orders and
quantities of products also apply.
Question: Do
you ship to Canada?
Answer: Currently
we do not ship to Canada or other countries outside of the United
